sdboyer commentedMarking critical.
helmo commentedSubscribing as I probably need this to complete #774770: Make a Project Git instructions module
Comment #4
chrisstrahl commentedAdding to Git sprint 2
Comment #5
chrisstrahl commentedNeed both dww and sdboyer to work together on this issue. Dww is out of pocket with drupal.org redesign stuff for this week, maybe can do some work on it next week.
sdboyer commentedPostponed this after talking with dww about it. Will tackle later, after the core vcapi stuff is really settled.
webchickNot going to happen this sprint; moving to next sprint.
eliza411 commentedPulling from Sprint 4 per the Sprint 4 planning meeting.
eliza411 commentedThis is pending mikey_p's assessment of VC API / Project module integration and Project Module.
#782584: Review for additional TODOs related to d.o conversion to git
Comment #10
mikey_p commentedI've basically gutted this module, and I'm working on adding back in functionality that is need. This approach was taken for several reasons:
1) VC API was massively refactored in the time since this last worked with VC API, very little if any of that code was still compatible.
2) VC API now uses views for listings which has deprecated large amounts of code in this project.
3) Project maintainers perms have been completely rewritten and are now part of Project module itself, and all the hooks/code around this need to be completely re-written, if not for that change, due to the way that VC API implements it's new CTools based Auth plugins
Here's a basic start at getting just the project->repo mapping working before I start on ACLs. Any further work on porting this module will probably be broken out into separate issues.
sdboyer commentedLooks like a workable start. Go for it.
mikey_p commentedCommitted, planning to break other items out into individual issues.
mikey_p commentedHere's a little follow up that makes a bit more data available on the project node, since it doesn't take too many queries to load the repo.
mikey_p commentedCommitted.
