In the options I have set it to 'radio' and put in:

0 | No
33 | Maybe
66 | Yes
100 | Preferred

(changing the spaces doesn't change anything)
In the doodle-like setup i get:

(button)
(button) Maybe
(button) Yes
(button) Preferred

It is not a huge issue, but it is confusing to users. Thanks for any help.
