Add a sort progress message/throbber/something to display when sorting in case tables are very large and take a little while to sort.

This would probably be best as an option that can be enabled if required as a large number of site won't have tables large enough to need this.

Added an option at the view level to enable a message that is displayed to users when sorting is in progress.

The message text is also an option that can be changed.
