Timeout with big taxonomys

i create a taxonomy form on a settings page with:

taxonomy_form($vid2, $value = 0, $help = NULL, $name = 'taxonomy');

if i chose to generate a form out of a huge term its taking too much time. the bug is in the module, take a look at the callstack.
