User account deletion on drupal.org

I removed Drupal from my web host and switched platforms entirely. I want to remove my user account on drupal.org. Today, I received some email appearing to be from drupal.org with an attachment. the email was in Deutsch. Of course I deleted it without opening it! Can someone - a webmaster or admin delete my user account on drupal,.org and if so, what must I do to start the ball rolling?
