Stop supporting feed aliases (because they're sub-paths too!) [#867582]

Now that #717386: Stop supporting the user/x/contact paths and defer to Sub-path URL aliases is in, I think we should remove our 'feed' sub-path alias support as well. We should leave this as well to sub-path URL alias alter. Plus this helps lighten things up even more and removes what is a really confusing feature for users.

Makes sense and looks good to me.

The variable_del isn't really complete. I don't care about it much, but if someone did care...a more complete technique would be to look for content type names in the node table to see what content types might have existed at some point and combine that with data from node_type.type.
