Alter how unsubscribing works

Technically, if a person is subscribed, it should just show their info and allow them to unsubscribe.

I'm not sure how I'd deal with them maybe wanting to change their preferences. Maybe have an edit details link or something.

Not 100% on this yet, but need to do something.
