Event body preview when hovering with mouse

Hi there! I'm just migrating from the WebCalendar project to the Event module. One of the features I really liked in WebCalendar was the ability to preview the event in month view by hovering the mouse over the event, so I implemented it here as an option you can turn on or off in the config menu. Please let me know if this is helpful.

The one other thing I liked about WebCalendar was they had a little icon on each day of the month view that you could click to create a new event for that particular day. I implemented an option for this too and I can probably send a patch for that soon as well, if you like.
