It seems there is a conflict with the iMCE 6.x-1.4, where the buttons in the filebrowser disappear. I have posted a possible workaround, however it seems this bug lies within the theme and iMCE

I will happily take a patch. I'm only doing maintenance updates to Clean 6.x now, favouring to spend my time developing for Clean 7.x.
