I am a php developer from Colorado. I have a interest in drupal and sharing my patches/updates to the community. I already contributed significantly to ubercart extra fields pane and restrict by ip modules, both of which I hope to become a co-maintainer by having this account.
Ubercart extra fields pane:
I made this a much better module, by allowing not just delivery/billing feilds, but also being able to set these fields custom. I plan to make this module even more customizable with being a co-maintained with a cvs account. The current maintainer of this project supports me being a co-maintainer:

Restrict by ip:
http://drupal.org/node/237614 is the thread, however, the current maintainer clearly does not have the time to maintain this (and even said so in the post), and I would like to be a co-maintainer given the significant changes I made to this module, and the ability to add more features, specifically IP v6 support.
In addition to these modules, I have interest in developing/helping maintain more modules in the future, and have posted several fixes to other modules before now.

avpadernoHello, and thanks for applying for a CVS account.
In order to approve your CVS account as co-maintainer, we need the current maintainer of the project to report he accepts you as co-maintainer.
This means that you should have opened a support request, offering to become co-maintainer of the project; this should have been done before to apply for a CVS account, to which you can apply only after the current maintainer accepted you as co-maintainer.
In the case you already opened that support request, you should report here the link to that support request. In the case you didn't do that, I would be happy also in the case the current maintainer adds a comment here saying he accepts you as co-maintainer.

panthar commentedWith extra fields pane, http://drupal.org/node/831134 if you read the thread I sent you, he clearly states at the bottom, that he supports me as a co-maintainer, but he was unable to add me as a co-maintainer because my account does not have CVS.
I am confused?

panthar commentedAlso, for the restrict by ip module, again, at the bottom of http://drupal.org/node/237614 , the maintainer offers to give me the project, but I opted for being a co-maintainer. He has not responded in months now..
