Hello,

I use in my site two themes. One for interface and one for administration.
I activated "Enabled, expose on all pages" in Comment RSS settings and its seems that the administration theme is enabled now in admin/build/block, not my theme for interface.

Can somebody help me?

Indeed this is a bug. I've disabled adding the comment RSS link on administration pages, as it is not needed there and was causing this bug.
