Conditional field animation doesn't work if "Optimize JavaScript files" enabled in Performances

Hi,
I have two fields that are sliding down when another item is checked. It worked perfectly until I enable "Optimize javascript files" in performance page. Since it is enabeled, they are just always visible. If i disable the option, it's hidden and slide down on click...

Does anyone has an idea about that ?
