As far as I can tell, the group members are set to all members of the groups that a user viewing the 'node/add' or 'node/edit' form is involved with even if the audience for the post does not include those members. Once an audience HAS been selected after the node has been submitted, if the audience includes more than one group, the team member selection is limited to only a default group.

Somehow the members should exactly represent the audience for the post.

This is an important feature and I will work on it. If anyone has any ideas, suggestions, wants to help, or otherwise wants to set me straight on something I'm misunderstanding about what is available in these new releases please let me know.

This is a great and important module, but some precision here is key for users belonging to multiple groups to accurately notify specific audience members.

Thanks.

Was totally wrong originally about the version I was using so I apologize. I was trying to get newer versions of this module to work, but was unable for whatever reason. Because the 6.x-1.0 version works fine, I used this version and created this feature.

You will have to excuse me for what the code looks like as I am a noob and this is the first time I have ever tried to submit code. I'm happy to add that my code seem to work fine so I am attaching the code as a patch to version 6.x-1.0 of the module.

Please let me know what else I can do. I'm so excited that I got this working and I hope others using this version will be able as well.
