http://localize.drupal.org/ has a nofollow attribute in the header that applies to all links on the site.

Is this intentional? I think it will make it harder for people to find Drupal in their language.

Oh, good catch. It was indeed intentional at one point but I think we can relax that now. Will look into this soon.
