Custom Repository Docs

Forena provides the ability to define custom data block repositories that work against arbitrary SQL databases. This is done by setting up a directory to contain the .sql files and putting a connection string in that repository. A document should be added either as a help file or in readme.txt to assist admins in defining these repositories.
