I need to show a select list on http://www.ebagno.it/ on primary menu, at voice Produttori.
So I have added some subterms to Produttori term, but then i don't see the select menu under it, as showed in demo at terms:
Mauris Abluo
Abico
What I'm missing to do?

I think you are referring to dropdown menus?

You need to make sure you click "expanded" on those menu items on admin/build/menu-customize/primary-links. And of course you need to make sure you have menu items for the pages you want to display underneath.
