Unix 'zero' date on new topic preview in forum module (etc) [#82052]

As above - just noticed this on the drupal.org site today.

I didn't see it reported already but feel free to delete this if it has. Just *trying* to be helpful :-)

(P.S. The problem is also on the 'preview' of this bug report, so I've changed the 'component' to other.)

Confirmed.

This happens to all nodes, and to all users that don't have "administer nodes" permission.
