This release contains some bug fixes, namely that PageFlip should now be able to function on sites with non-English language installs or with more than one language installed. The module also now cleans up (deletes its content types, fields, and variables) when uninstalled.

You should probably use the included content type dumps to import the necessary content types. They must be named pageflip_page, pageflip_chapter, and pageflip_book. They should probably be created in that order, as they contain node references to each other.

I'm thinking of packaging in a feature for the content types (for use with the features module)... let me know if that would be useful for you.
