The Statistics Advanced module fixes at least two bugs of the core Statistics module that couldn't be fixed on the core itself as the exact meaning of some fields would change.

Statistics Advanced should be a dependency for Statistics Pro as a Pro solution can't co-exist with the bugs fixed by the Statistics Advanced module.

After some consideration I believe that a dependency is too strong.

I believe a suggestion (requirement warning) is more appropriate.
