Prefer timing information in the watchdog log for packager

We should have the timing info for the watchdog log as first info, since that is the most important in terms of seeing how it works. Currently I see "Checked 4 releases, repackaged 100 ..." in the l.d.o logs, which is not too useful to get updates on timing. I need to check the individual log entries themselves. The message should be shorter and communicate timing information first. Attached patch committed.
