breadcrumb do not change anymore (displays only "Home")

since i added the de/node, en/node to get a translated frontpage, as in docu explained - the "Home" breadcrumb is displayed everytime. If i klick on my primary links it will never change. Asside the expanding function in the menu tree isn't working anymore. it will never expand. one submenu item has a path alias like de/test with 2 subitems de/test/test1 and de/test/test2. This aliases are defined without the de/, but displayed with de/
