While having the "Order ID" drop down box on the contact form is a great idea..... My primary issue is that I do not want it to show up on ALL contact forms.

I have looked, but could not find any configuration options to limit the categories in which this is visible. If there is a way to limit this to only certain contact forms, please let me know. Otherwise, I believe that adding this option would be of great benefit to the module.

Hi, you are correct. There is no way to limit it to contact forms for which uc_ticket will be collecting the emails. I'll take a look. I hadn't thought about it until now, but the option should be included.

Also, I believe we are showing things like 'in_checkout' orders here which may be confusing. Just making a note here that we may want to limit the order by letting the admin choose which order types to show in the settings.
