When editing a menu and clicking on "save", drupal asks to confirm deletion instead of saving the changes.

The error appeared after installing the first-child module. Deinstalling does not have an effect.

Any ideas how to fix it?

I doubt this is related to Menu Firstchild.
Haven't you installed other modules?
