Serious Error, has broken Gallery! Error!

On the my site homepage, I've got a block of gallery images, it has been working perfectly for about 3 weeks, today I goto the site to see an error replacing the block.

When I goto the gallery installation, it simply says 'Error'. See here: http://www.cordiafreaks.com/gallery2/main.php
