When navigating to admin/settings/wysiwyg/profile/1/edit the page only shows the titles of the fieldsets. There are no links to uncollapse the fieldsets, thus no way to access the settings of the profile.

Strange. Can't reproduce this error. What theme are you using?

Turn javascript optimization on in Performance. Toggeling it on and off will reproduce the error.

It only happens on the wysiwyg fieldsets, not anywhere else on the site, and only when ib_wysiwyg is enabled.

EDIT: I'm using Pressflow, and I haven't tested on an original Drupal. It is the latest 6.x Drupal core 6.16.
