This stems from #763878: Multivalued biblio data fields stored/themed as strings instead of arrays. Should be easy to fix.

Maybe I should throw in a test to check taxo. terms too =)

This patch also removes the fields secondary_author and tertiary_author, since they are actually never extracted from MARC.
