User replies to old issues to just add a link to an external web site

User http://drupal.org/user/706536 replies to issues already closed; as it's probable that nobody will read such issues, it seems to me that the only purpose is to add a link to an external site, and give it more rank because of the Goggle juice it gets from Drupal.org.
