Form Markup cannot wrap around Content Taxonomy fields. The markup values are stored in the database in content_node_field_instance table, but they are not retrieved on a form. Other field types i have tested are Fivestar, Textarea and Image, these worked fine.

Would be great if a developer could take a look at this.
