Embedded Media Field already support Thickbox so I simply duplicated its functions and renamed them. Just like Thickbox, Colorbox is looking for a class name, "colorbox".

I'm the maintainer of Thickbox and co-maintainer of Colorbox. My plan is to provide Colorbox as an upgrade path for all Thickbox users. I have ported over all features from Thickbox to Colorbox and also added some new neat features with the help of a number of contributors.

Colorbox is now in beta http://drupal.org/project/colorbox.

Have updated the patch so it applies cleanly to the latest 6-dev version.

prabhakarsun, I don't use this module myself much. Does Lightbox2 etc. have the "***box:Link to original video" funktion. Do you know where in the code it is?

Forgive me if this is a silly question, but how is this supposed to work?

I have Embedded Media 6.x-1.24 and Colorbox 6.x-1.0-beta6 set up and working individually, but I don't see any Colorbox: format options when adding an embedded media field to a view.

Am I doing it wrong?

daemonic this issue is for 6.x-2.x-dev and you have 6.x-1.24.

You need to install emfield 6.x-2.x-dev and media_youtube http://drupal.org/project/media_youtube .

In case you don't see colorbox: format option then disable the colorbox module, uninstall it and install it and finally enable it again.

What about drupal 7 ? I don't see the colorbox option anywhere. I installed media and media for youtube ..
