Instead of adding the configuration entry to the correct submenu of the configuration menu, the configuration entry appears in the dashboard, along with the description. I edit the menu entry to place it the correct submenu.

It also bleeds the description due to Drupal taking issue with HTML markup in the description. Will fix in next dev release.
