The problem appears when you edit node. Ckeditor executes security filters and wsod is throwing Notice in this time 

Notice: Undefined variable: buffer in /home/guess/www/drupal2/sites/all/modules/dtools/wsod/wsod.module on line 377

Problems was reported by ckeditor users in #655506: "n/a" at bottom of text.
Reproduce that bug is simple, please install ckeditor and wsod also and try edit any node.
