Response links in denial messages send to posters goes to "page not found," possibly because the node path is part of the link and the node gets deleted as the message is sent.

If a poster clicks on the "To respond to the moderator" link, the responses filled out ion the response form don't get emailed to the administrator either, although they do get logged.
