The resizer breaks the javascript in Quicktags.
We need to confirm (test on a range of browsers) that QTs Javascript works with the resize switched on.

Mind, if we will discuss this issue here http://drupal.org/node/78923 in order not to get confused.
I provided a little simple patch to combine both resize feature and quicktags and did some testing. The result is:
IE - ok
FireFox - ok
Opera 9.0/9.1 - ok
Konqueror - failed
