Create content block unreadable, run-in titles/descriptions [#760482]

The create content block is unreadable due to the content type titles run in to the descriptions.

Shouldn't the titles be the links, and the descriptions follow on a separate line?

Or at least a separator colon?

It doesn't look like that block is coming from the formblock module as this module can only show forms, not an overview of the node/add page.
