How do you install CKFinder to work with CKEditor? Can anyone give me a step by step to get it up and running (already looked at that screencast someone referenced, I can barely read whats on the screen).

I put ckfinder inside of ckeditor, and changed CheckAuthentication to return true based on user_access().

CKFinder pops up when I click Browse Server, but its completely empty.

If I click Upload and put in a file, nothing happens, the form disappears from the dialog.
