A RTL arrow image

can you please change the the following lines in "hierarchical_select-rtl.css"

/* Child level indicator. */
.hierarchical-select-wrapper .hierarchical-select option.has-children {
  background: url(images/arrow-rtl.png) no-repeat right center;
}

and add attached image as it's rtl version of arrow.png
