Offer to download the text of the Quran from a third party site

The Drupal CVS usage policy terms of use forbid inclusion of third party code in it, even if it is licensed under the GPL.

A better way to deal with this is to limit what is on drupal.org to the module's code and functionality, but excluding the actual text of the Quran. You then make it part of the installation procedure to download the text from another site that you download the text from (e.g. archive.org, ...etc.). This way, you are in compliance with the norms of contributing to Drupal, and keeping a useful module available for its audience (with one extra simple step).

Please note that the Bible module follows a similar way.
