I only have a handful of pages listed in Secure Pages to make secure. It seems like sometimes they are redirected correctly and other times they are not. I can't figure out if there's something in particular causing the issue. what steps should I take to troubleshoot?

Possibly works when authenticated but not when anon. Cleared cache and Boost files but still inconsistent. It will work on a page. Then when I come back it won't work.
