Ctools' pane for comments display does not contain the db_rewrite_sql that core's comment_render does. I need this in order to add some custom access rules for individual comment display.

Attached patch brings db_rewrite_sql to ctools_comment_render and is working for me.

Committed to D6. This probably counts as a bug. Marking for port to D7, which needs to include a check to make sure it still matches core after changes.
