A concern

People can sign into the new *.staging.drupal.org subsites (groups, association, api, localize, etc.) in additional to the main site now. Username:Password are drupal:drupal

is a bit confusing - as in, no link, where to go? What does a general user of the site do?

Well, unless you contribute (and join the team, when you get more concrete information), you should not go there, should you? Maybe we should just drop the user/pw info.

My concern is that the post isn't written for the general user. (And the front page should be for the community as a whole - not just for those in charge.)

I am not sure what Silverwing means by

. This post is an update for all the people who use Drupal.org. I'll need specific examples of what you mean.

@Amazon: I think this correction is good. @silverwing meant that its pointless to give them user/pw info, if you don't give them domain names to log in to. So sharing one insider info which is useless without sharing other insider details.
