Patch against CVS. I ported the module's 4.6 forms to 4.7, and added patch for clean links. I also have a patch against 4.6 version available @ http://dev.csscrazy.com/drupal47/

oops, the previous patch was the 4.6.x to 4.7.x port then diff against the cvs version, this patch is the cvs to 4.7.x port then diff against original cvs code.

  1. It would be best if the "clean links" patch was in a separate issue. This will make debugging easier of the two issues on their own, and it will also be much easier to spot the code that needs to be ported to/from the 4.6.x version of the module.
  2. Marked #58975: 4.7.x, #66459: 4.7.0 support?, and #78719: Drupal 4.7 support as duplicates. The last one has a RAR'ed CV Builder for 4.7.x.
