My list of sites' icons are all messed up. The wrong icon is showing with each site. A handful of icons are repeated for various sites. Refreshing the list jumbles up the icons again.

I have a mixture of 5.x and 6.x sites. Listed. When adding a new site, that icon seems to appear.

I have the same issue.

The icons aren't really helpful once they get messed up, I'd rather have them gone than broken.

Is this module being maintained anymore?
