Hello,

I'd like to suggest a time saver feature for this great module.

I am currently re-using existing CCK filefields for a lot of content types. However, when I am setting the reused CCK filefield, the filefield paths settings go back to the defaults. It would be great if the settings for the CCK filefield could be inherited as this can save one (and possibly avoid errors) when setting up content.

just imagine if i had to create 5 content types with 3 fields each (document, video and image, that already exist).... IT'S NUTS.

i had to play around with SQL dumps.

Is this not possible to reuse fields ? I was pulling hair out trying trying to figure out why this is not a standard feature.

playing with SQL dumps, CCK exports or Feature exports is not very funny at all, even when using a diff utility :S
