Would be great for everyone using Drush (ME!), so as not to forget to download jQuery Timers everytime.
This is related to #706594: Integrate with Libraries API. Because Drush Make downloads to /libraries. It would be kind of a hack to change that directory, because /libraries is the preferred directory anyway. Also we are currently renaming the file. I came to the conclusion that that is bad practice. We should slowly nudge people to NOT rename and to place the library in /libraries.
That should happen in #706594: Integrate with Libraries API, though.
I'm not quite sure if Drush Make allows
A: Download of files which are neither in VCS nor part of an archive
B: Allows renaming the file (also I'm not sure if we need to do that)
Postponed on that
This is postponed on:
1. Possibly this: http://drupal.org/project/jquery
2. Drush MAKE allowing renaming of files and direct download of single files.
