Synchronisation only on insert not on update

For a customer we wanted to synchronize translations only on insert, not on every update. We couldn't find a setting for this, so i've changed the i18nsync.module file a bit so that there is a checkbox where you can choose whether or not to update the translations.

Could you take a look at the patch? Maybe it's a valuable addition to your module.
