I just found out that if you use only a CCK field token as the link text / link title, no link is shown.
Somehow, if I add more text (for example 'test[field_fieldname-raw]' instead of '[field_fieldname-raw]'), the link shows up!

Right now I fixed it by adding tags in the link text field.
