I don't know how it's doing this, but with this module enabled IE6 and IE7 actually crash when you try to edit a node.

Holy crap, confirmed with IE 7. How can it be possible that nobody's told me about this before?

I'm able to load the demo editors on the mIU site fine in IE 7… Hmm. Weird.

Saturday was productive - I rewrote everything from scratch, resulting in the 3.x branch. Please download it and give it a try; it works on my end.
