Are there any plans about converting the module to 7.x, specially knowing the fact that it is a dependency to many other modules?
and what about the rdf in core? what are the intersections between core's rdf module and this module?

P.S. I could help on upgrading the module.

We've started working on a port at http://github.com/scor/rdf though we haven't announced it yet. But, the plan is to have a rdf contrib module for Drupal which will integrate with the RDF in core.

I've just committed the latest changes from http://github.com/scor/rdf to CVS, and a dev tarball should be ready in a few hours. There are still some bugs but we now have a base Drupal 7 version test out and submit bug reports.
