The feedback detail page has, along with the text of the feedback, the user that submitted it. This is not recording properly, it would seem, as all users come through as Guest.

I can confirm this pretty definitively, as I have commenting enabled only for registered users. Anyone else seen this occur?

Confirmed. This is a consequence of code that hasn't been fully ported to Forms 2.0, and as such is holding for #531214: Missing argument 3 for drupal_process_form() - forms code not fully ported to API 2.0 meta-ticket.
