View All Feature

Has anyone added View All functionality to this module? I am very interested in having this option available, as many users become frustrated when a site forces them to use a pager, and for those individuals I'd like to have the view all option available. Can someone help with the code to add this feature, or if not, are there plans on integrating view all functionality into this module?
